(Bynder) Correct notify message with apostrophe

    Description

      The message define in .properties has the apostrophe

       

      dam.bynderUploadDetail.actions.commit.message={0} action has started, you will be notified once it's done.

      But the apostrophe disappear when showing on screen.

      AC: change message to 

      {0} action has started, you will be notified once it is complete.
