[Bynder & S3] Disable JCR option in chooser

    Description

      The current implementation of the DAM chooser always shows the JCR option. It would be helpful to have an option to disable selection from JCR if all the assets are stored somewhere else.

      In the current implementation of the chooser trying to select from an empty JCR workspace causes the dialog to freeze. So having a way to turn off JCR as an option would help so users will not be confused and avoid the frozen dialog issue.
