App methods for JS Fields

      Since the creation of the JS Fields it is often useful to be able to communicate to CMS, e.g. open chooser dialogs for custom RichTextField, linkField, etc.
      Maybe it can be resolved by giving access to appController and such methods like openChooseDialog.
