All modules have module descriptor dependencies to non-released versions of data/dms. The modules were not part of the language file extraction and thus should be removed from the module descriptors.

The problem with these dependencies is, that customers cannot install language modules when they have either dms ot data installed, as the referenced versions of the modules do not exist.

This also involves getting rid of the message bundle files that were "moved" from those modules (in order prevent duplicate-key-messages in the logs).
