Names with dashes are rarely necessary in German. You typically use them only, if the two words being combined are actual names or are usually not written together. That's actually rarely the case.

So here:

• Knoten-Namen -> Knotenname (no dash and singular)
• Inhalts-Knoten -> Inhaltsknoten
• Sub-Knoten -> Subknoten (this is debatable).

A good example for using a dash to concatenate words is actually:

• "Interner Seiten-Teaser" (see screen shot): "Teaser" is an English term, which is so common we would not want to replace it with a less common English term. The combination of "Seite" and "Teaser" can't be written without a dash.
