Our language bundles have not been updated to M6.

And in general the language bundles are inconsistant and do not have a sufficient coverage of the keys commonly displayed in the UI.

• Determine best options to update a language and processes to keep them up to date on an ongoing basis: some part of the Jenkins build process
  • with Translation Management System (TMS) Lokalize
• make a new lang major targeting 6.3 keys will instead go to their respective modules
• decide whether we should try to clean up current keys, or start from scratch
