Steps to reproduce:

1. Creating a LC of /travel
2. Creating a page variant on /travel/book-tour at master content (note that there were no page variants before I created the LC)
3. Selecting created page variant /travel/book-tour/variants => able to click on action "push master content changes" and "show linked live copy pages" even there is no slave variant pages has been created
