(Slave) page position should respect from (master) page position

Step to reproduce

• Create one live copy for travel
• Expand travel and move destination before tour-type (you can choose any case that move before and after) 
• Push master change for travel include subnodes
• Open (slave) page and didn't see any update order page same as (master)
• For more information: move inside page inside page work well, component ordering work well

AC:
