Locking component when using the Relink live copy function should be optional

When using the Relink live copy function to re-link content to the local page the components that contain the links are automatically locked and won't receive master content changes until they're manually unlocked.

This is time consuming, as on large sites this unlocking can take a significant amount of time to do.
