NPE is Thrown When Attempting To Create A Live Copy From Page

      A NullPointerException appears after clicking the “Create Live Copy” button when a page is selected. See attached log for the error.

      I have tested this on Magnolia 6.1.4 and 6.1.2 and have used versions 3.1.1 and 3.1 of the module.
