      User should be notified about malfunctional LiveCopy when invalid LiveCopy and Multisite licences. Internationalization wouldn't work when invalid Multisite license, see:   https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS62/Live+Copy+module#LiveCopymodule-Internationalization
