Lock icons appear on "Add Component" dialog

      After MGNLUI-5909, when you open the "Add Component" dialog in a slave page, the lock icons unexpectedly appears.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open an slave page
      2. Click on "Add component"
      3. The lock icons will apear as in the picture

      AC:

      • The lock icons do not appear
