Issues with i18n

Steps to reproduce

1.  Create a master, this site will be related to a site with locales en and es (fallback en)
2.  Create a livecopy, this site will be related to a site with locale es (fallback es). (livecopy should be configured taking into account this: https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS61/Live+Copy+module#LiveCopymodule-Internationalization)
3. Add changes to the master in both languages.
4. Push these changes to the livecopy
5. Open the livecopy page

Expected results

Content is displayed in Spanish and when opening the dialog, only Spanish content is displayed

Actual results

Page detail is displayed in English

When opening a dialog, the content is empty

Workaround

Development notes

Not working neither in the old pages app.
Docu in 6.2 is wrong, specific i18n config should be under i18n node in the site definition instead of under mappings.
