Description
User that has no access to the template but has edit rights to the page that the template is based on can destructivelly change the template.
Scenario:
Consider users A and B which have same rights except user A has access to template T1 to which user B does not have. Both users have access to templates T2,T3,T4...
1. log in as user A and create a page "sample" based on template T1 then log off
2. log in as user B and change the template of "sample" page. As soon as you double click the template drop down T1 is no longer available. Only T2,T3,T4...There is no way to undo the change...
This is a big issue for us because we have templates that other users do not have access to...
So certain "types" of pages we have to initially create for them thus enforcing the business process requirement.
However, when users change the template of these special pages they have no means of "undoing" template change because it is unavailable in the dropdown list (which is understandable because of the permissions)...
Is there a way (that I am not aware of) where users can undo template changes?
