the first page that the user/admin sees right after installing and starting up the tomcat bundle should be improved:

• explain what is to be done next (step-by-step), when it approximately will be finished and what to do then...
• after first click of any of those links, open the index page again but in a pop-up-window so that the user does not loose the context
• re-check layout and style
