Layout of quickstart page doesn't adapt nicely on smaller windows

      Unlike the ROOT index.html page in the bundle, this one doesn't adapt nicely. Maybe it's related to the frameset or something, in which case this can be pushed to the next version, but it'd be nice to have a quick look at it. See attached screenshots for comparison.
