taglib: function tld uri must use the old magnolia.info

      During updating the domain name we accidentally updated the uri of the tld. To be backward compatible we change it back to magnolia.info.

        Acceptance criteria

          1.
          		 fix sample-form.jsp to also switch back to the magnolia.info uri for cmsfn Sub-task Closed Magnolia International
