Repository is resolved incorrectly upon startup when using multiple repositories w/o statically workspaces

      When using configuration with multiple repositories, but without statically defined workspaces (e.g. when setting up extra repository for data, forum or otherdynamically created workspace), the repository is not resolved properly at startup leading to exception (See attachement).
