workitem edit dialog - merge tabs?

      Seems to me like the workitem edit dialog (the one you get when double clicking an item in the Inbox) would gain in usability if the 2 tabs were merged.
      Additionally, the windows' title is "Magnolia Edit Dialog", which is something that should probably be overridden.
