VirtualURIFilter: permanent redirect adds always the port to the url -> port 80 is displayed on safari

      The permanent redirect adds always the port to the response if its port 80 (standard http port), firefox and IE hides the port in the URL.
      On Safari it shows up -> port 80 appears after a permanent redirect (printscreen '/home/' is removed by perms-redirect).
