Test: AdminTreeMVCHandlerTestUtf8 is never executed

      AdminTreeMVCHandlerTestUtf8 is never executed, because its class name does not match the conventions.

      In the magnolia-ioc branch, I renamed this test to AdminTreeMVCHandlerUTF8Test, and noticed testSaveUTF8ValueCommandContext fails.

      Can someone look into this ?
