Jackrabbit configuration files have been updated with the jcr 2.0 schema as per MAGNOLIA-3302, but there are other things that should be fixed:

• bad defaults (some properties are explicitely configured with jackrabbit 1.x defaults, which have been changed and improved)
• we should add a default indexing configuration, at least to support ordering on magnolia metadata properties like creation date in queries
