Simplify EditorLinkTransformer

      Current implementation of EditorLinkTransformer keeps two identically configured LinkTransformers (binaryTransformer, linkTransformer) where one should do it.

      In addition it looks like in 4.5.x EditorLinkTransformer is no longer used at all so I'd recommend @deprecate it.
