      The page editor toolbar is not the top-most element in the z-index hierarchy. This means that some content can be laid over the toolbar, preventing the user from clicking the buttons.

      To reproduce:

      1. Go to the Events Overview page.
      2. Select the Content area.
      3. Try to edit the Events Overview component.
      4. The month names are overlaid on top the buttons so you can't click them. See screenshot.
