MockWebContext#getParameterValues returns null

      Description

      Realised that while running tests in info.magnolia.module.form.templates.components.multistep.FormEngineTest compiled against Magnolia 5.0. Why they do not fail against 4.5 isn't completely clear to me but implementing the method correctly should not harm anyway.
