Revise implementation of delta tasks

      1. We have some useful task for operating with nodes but not with properties (or also opposite way), see MAGNOLIA-5579.
      2. Bunch of update task can autogenerate name and description, see MAGNOLIA-5578.
      3. We need to pass workspace as parameter in bunch of tasks, although it's almost always 'config' workspace, see MAGNOLIA-5578.
      4. Some of task use deprecated api, see MAGNOLIA-5577.
