We store all information about mime types under /server/MIMEMapping.
Mime type item consists of

• extension
• icon (path to ./resources)
• mime-type

Since we are introducing icons that we can define by css styles, it would be convenient to also offer possibility to store icon style for the mime type. This can then be used by MGNLDAM-223 to specify different icons for different mime-types.
