Publishing fails on versioning of new created subnodes

      If you want publish a page with a new created area sub node, the versioning will failed with following error.

      ERROR  info.magnolia.cms.core.version.BaseVersionManager 30.06.2014 08:53:38 -- failed to copy versionable node to version store, reverting all changes made in this session

      I can reproduce this on the demoauthor instance. To reproduce this, follow these steps:
      1. Publish /demo-project
      2. Delete area node 'footer' in JCR browser
      3. Preview /demo-project in page editor
      4. Try to publish /demo-project
