mgnl:lastModifiedBy property is set to the wrong user

      Currently if someone delete a site the user who deleted the site is not registered in lastModifiedBy.

      Only superuser will be registered, even if the current user don´t have the role superuser.

      Suggested solution: in case someone deleted a site, the user who last modiefied the site will be registered in lastModiefiedBy.
