      ObservedManager is no longer used once MAGNOLIA-4090 and MAGNOLIA-5522 has been integrated. It should be deprecated along with the related API in ModuleLifecycleContext and ModuleLifecycleContextImpl. It is also mentioned in a comment in ConfigLoader line 159, the comment should be deleted.
