A bug in ConfigurationMapOverlay - if the decoration path is generally correct, but the sub-definition with a decorated 'node' name is not present in the source configuration, then then decorator's data should be just added to the parent, but currently it is ignored.

E.g.:
There is an app descriptor and a content sub-app without content connector config (/fooApp/barSubApp). And then there is a decorator which configures entire content connector (/fooApp/barSubApp/contentConnector).
