Fix two visual design issues on the main installation screen

      I've found two minor things in the implementation of the visual design of the screen shown before the installation starts (see attachment):

      1. The white arrow pointing downward from the header to the content section looks shifted.
      2. The text inside the call-to-action button on the screen is not vertically aligned.

      This is in Firefox 49.0 on OS X 10.11.6.

      This is a minor issue that doesn't have to be fixed for the 5.5 release.
