Can't preview successfully-published page with tilde in name

      When UTF8 support is enabled in config, pages containing the tilde char can be published. However, they can't be previewed. The logs don't report anything but the error shown in the attached screenshot appears.

      My suggestion would be to add the tilde char value to the UTF-8 unauthorized list at info.magnolia.cms.core.Path#isCharValid. However, I'm not sure about the consequences this would imply.
