Error icon on installation screen looks wrong

      Description

      The icon of installation errors is a white cross inside (on top of) a red circle. However, that cross is way too large, making the icon look weird (see attached image).

      Also, the background-color-on-hover effect doesn't seem to work for the EE installation screen.
