info.magnolia:magnolia-project dependency missing in 5.7.3 build

      As of now, one can only build a project which uses the Magnolia Version 5.7.3, if he has access tho this repository and has addede it to his project POM:

      <repository>
    <id>magnolia.public.maintenance.releases</id>
    <url>https://nexus.magnolia-cms.com/content/repositories/magnolia.public.maintenance.releases</url>
</repository>

      Without it, the build will fail with something like:

      Failed to read artifact descriptor for info.magnolia.publishing:magnolia-publishing-core:jar:1.0.7: Could not transfer artifact info.magnolia:magnolia-project:pom:5.6.9
