• Video could be played with Safari on our latest Magnolia 6.2.15 so we are closing the case here. Customers please upgrade to our 6.2.15 or above version for bugs fixing and new features.

Short description

Customer is facing this issue when having video played on Safari.
Investigate showing that RangeSupportFilter responding a wrong number of "totalLengthOfServedBinary" which cause the browser to continuously requesting for the remaining of content.

Reproduce steps:

• Upload attached video how-it-works.mp4 to asset app
• Use it in your page

Expected result

The video should play on browsers including Safari

Actual result

Video assest are not loading in a correct way on Safari only.
Investigate showing that RangeSupportFilter responding a wrong number of "totalLengthOfServedBinary" which cause the browser to continuously requesting for the remaining of content.
