      Entering a value for "description" in a content app using the m6 framework has no effect.
      No help icon is rendered and no description text is shown.

      DEV notes:

      • apply fallback text only if the following condition is met: nothing is hardcoded explicitly (un-decorated value is null) and nothing is resolved from the bundles.
      • as an optional sub-task - consider the feasibility of not attempting to translate the hardcoded texts any longer (do we still need to allow specifying the i18n key explicitly in yamls?)
