Provide the amCharts library in DX Core.

Today, the chart library is delivered with the Analytics Connector Pack. This is too restrictive. We want to put the library in a convenient place where any other module can use charts. 

We will need charts in cases such as:

• core scenarios such as the editorial dashboard, even without connector packs
• special feature scenarios such as showing the level of content reuse in Live Copy
