DOC: Add Java 16 to 6.2 certified stack (with caveat)

    Description

      As of Magnolia 6.2.9, we can add Java 16 to the certified stack. Only caveat: the javascript-models module won't work as it relies on the Nashorn JavaScript Engine, which was removed in Java 15 (https://openjdk.java.net/jeps/372).

      Replacing the Nashorn engine with GraalVM has been planned already (JSMODELS-24).
