Quality Management is both a perspective and an approach to increasing customer satisfaction, reducing cycle time and unnecessary costs, and eliminating errors and Nucleus team rework. To achieve it, we want to measure bugs reported by customers or found internally because we want to:

• find patterns/trends that can help us to be more bug-free
