Steps to reproduce

1. Go to admincentral
2. open CONFIGURATION -> server -> webContainerResources
3. rename/delete/move it and the application show internal server error. Its easy to reproducу

it fixed by reinstall all magnolia. But it very bad way. Magnolia save all data in postgress, and we can't delete all stored data. 

Question is how to return webContainerResources without reinstalling magnolia?

In our case we have one author and public instances. We broke author instance and cant get access to it
