It's possible to import same name siblings from XML (only under root node)

      Steps to reproduce

      1. In Assets app or JCR Browser export node to XML
      2. unselect anything (in order to import to root)
      3. import the XML file
      4. import the XML file again

      Expected results

      second import should cause error message

      Actual results

      node is imported with same name (see [2] suffix in status bar)
