The Magnolia App Launcher is divided up into groups (i.e. Content, Marketing, Development, etc.). Those labels have translations. For English some of those labels can be found here. There is both the compatibility layout and the "modern" layout as defined by this documentation. When switching a users system language the labels are still displayed in English.
