      1. info.magnolia.module.advancedcache.rendering.FragmentInjectionListener#shouldProcess gets the X-Magnolia-Fragment from header. To support use case with a value set in attribute (e.g request forward cannot set header of the original request, see MSITEMESH-13)
      2. info.magnolia.module.advancedcache.rendering.FragmentInjectionListener#processBeforeInjection might fail with ClassCastException
