      Need to add tests for ALL 3 frameworks: React, Angular, Vue

      Developer notes

      • Ticket requires special env. which provides a server to run the ext.SPA, see DEV-1837
      • Since We have the same test scenarios, maybe implementation done for regular SPA can be re-used (see MGNLCE-281)
