Duplicate class detection has been introduced with DEV-2066 and enabled via BUILD-975. It is however currently restricted to detecting duplicate of Jakarta EE 8 classes (javax.*) only.

For ce bundles we should configure the duplicate-finder-maven-plugin more strictly such that it detects all duplicate classes. At the same time we can retire and remove the Groovy scripts detecting duplicate jars on the class path.
