In light of the recent issues discovered in the Log Levels tab, as well as to cover the recent changes made to the code, the following UI tests should be added:

• a parent shouldn't have the inheritance tick, but a child should (LOGTOOLS-12)
• changing a log level parent should immediately change its children (LOGTOOLS-13)
• the download and view buttons should be disabled when no file is selected (LOGTOOLS-16)
