Login link for AuthorInstance is missing on Welcome to Magnolia screen

      The "Login to the Admin Central" link is missing in the "Author Instance" section at the bottom of the "Welcome to Magnolia" screen, even after the installation of all new modules. Having two links "Run the Web update on the author instance" on one and the same page seems illogical.

      5.4.10-SNAPSHOT doesn't suffer from this problem.
