User story:

As a Business Analyst / Developer, I want to define a switch control, and a switchable set of groups, so that I can model my input requirements better, and provide a better author experience.

Acceptance criteria:

• A developer can define somewhere a switch control, and which groups of fields should be shown when the switch is set to various options.
• An author can use this control in the editing UI.
