      Per discussion with Philipp, we will migrate CTS to M5 by creating a CTS app.

      These difficult points were anticipated by Philipp:

      • How to know whether a field supports i18n has changed from M4.5 to M5.
      • Metadata storage has changed in M5, so we need to change the code to read it.
